Five Minute Mortgage Search Tool
The Five Minute Mortgage Search Tool consists of a more detailed 7 step process for the applicant to find a mortgage closely suited to their requirements and make the enquiry as follows:
The entry screen into the process has a space for your call to action message and/or company logo
The first screen the applicant views allows a space for a call to action as the search requires a little more detail and time to complete.
The next step asks for the applicants basic requirements from the mortgage.
These questions begin to narrow down which mortgage products are suitable including postcode area
The next step asks the applicant about their personal details.
Questions from this screen will reject products based on applicants age amongst other things if it is outside normal lenders limits.
The next step asks for the applicant about Income, Outgoings and any Credit Problems.
Questions from this screen will check and possibly reject products based on the applicants financial circumstances.
On the last step the applicant is asked about the type of mortgage they are looking for.
These questions allow the applicant to specifiy the type of rate (Fixed, Capped, Discount etc) and the length of the inital period.
The final 2 questions relate to the applicants ability to move to another mortgage without penalty.
The applicant then clicks on Show Me Rates to see which mortgages they are eligible for.
The applicant then either selects a specific mortgage product from the results or clicks on the enquiry button.
The results compare the mortgage products in order of the lowest initial
pay rate.
The applicant can then click on any of the 'Go' buttons to select a product
or use the enquiry button to ask the broker a question.
NOTE: You can include or remove the Lender Logos/Names, according to your preference.
The applicant then fills out the enquiry and you receive an email alerting you to your new potential customer.
You can set how much information you want from your customers, fields can be made mandatory or not and you can remove the need for the address and/or postcode.
You will then receive an email alerting you about the new enquiry where you can log in to
Site Manager to see all the applicants requirements entered in Steps 1-5 above and manage the new lead.
