Rent To Mortgage Search Plugin Tool
The Rent to Mortgage Tool consists of a 2 to 3 step process for the applicant to find a mortgage as follows:
The applicant answers questions about their current rental cost and requirements and will then click on the Save Me Money button.
This asks the applicants current monthly rental payment, cost of the property they would like and the deposit they have available.
The applicant is shown the number of products that save them money and may enable them to buy rather than rent and are encouraged to make an enquiry from this point.
You can set how much information you want from your customers, fields can be made mandatory or not and you can remove the need for the address and/or postcode.
You will then receive an email alerting you about the new enquiry where you can log in to
Site Manager to see all the applicants requirements entered in Step 1 above and manage the new lead.
NOTE: If the applicant clicks the View Mortgages button, they will be shown the results on Step 3 below
When the applicant clicks the View Mortgages button in Step 2 they are shown the mortgages that could save them money and that may enable them to buy rather than rent.
The results compare the mortgage products in order of the highest saving compared to their current rental payment (shown in red in the results).
The applicant can then click on any of the 'Go' buttons to select a product
or use the enquiry button to ask the broker a question.
NOTE: You can include or remove the Lender Logos/Names, according to your preference.
