True Cost Search Plugin Tool
The True Cost Search Plugin Tool consists of a 3 step process for the applicant to find a mortgage as follows:
The applicant can choose to answers questions about their mortgage requirements and the length of time they want to see the true cost based on and then clicks on the Show Me Rates button.
This factfind asks questions including the true cost of the mortgage over the period the applicant selects.
The true cost over the period selected will include mortgage payments, fees and deducts any cashback the lender has to offer.
The applicant then either selects a specific mortgage product from the results or clicks on the enquiry button.
The results compare the mortgage products in order of the lowest true cost over the period they selected in
Step 1.
The applicant can then click on any of the 'Go' buttons to select a product
or use the enquiry button to ask the broker a question.
NOTE: You can include or remove the Lender Logos/Names, according to your preference.
The applicant then fills out the enquiry and you receive an email alerting you to your new potential customer.
You can set how much information you want from your customers, fields can be made mandatory or not and you can remove the need for the address and/or postcode.
You will then receive an email alerting you about the new enquiry where you can log in to
Site Manager to see all the applicants requirements entered in Step 1 above and manage the new lead.
